Sergio, "DJ Sergius",, founder of Connect-ar Ltd, has been organising music events, cultural activities and entertainment since 2004. He was born in Buenos Aires and developed his passion for music as a teenager. He then started to use his musical expertise soon after his arrival  in London promoting Latin music.
These events, that are staged in some of London’s best-known commercial venues, always aim at bringing together new trends of Argentine/Latin dance, theatre and music with contemporary London audiences and artists. In so doing, his work has undoubtedly contributed towards the integration of Latin culture in the UK.

In addition to his work as music promoter, Sergio is a reputed DJ specialised in Lounge music including  Electrotango, Tango Nuevo, deep house, latin house  and miscellaneous beats that can be dance to tango rhythms. As a result of this eclectic mix of styles, Sergio is often hired for private and corporate events or as support act in concerts in UK and European stages.

From 2006, Sergio has developed a new area of interest, looking at the world of tango music, performance and dance and organising, as a result, the biggest London–based open-air tango event to date: River Tango, which had its debut in 2006 and has been running five consecutive editions, including one already programmed and planned for September 2011.

Nikki of Dancetango.co.uk started dancing 15 years ago when London was a tango desert!! Visited Buenos Aires many times and she is well known on the London Tango scene as an organisers, teacher and DJ.

She has been collaborating with River Tango since 2006.
